Booking Payments

  • All rental fees are paid 100% upfront and are non-refundable.
  • Bookings are final. We do not issue refunds for any cancellations, changes of mind, or event postponements.

Security Deposit

  • 25% refundable security deposit is collected with each booking.
  • After your event, we inspect the rental items. If everything is returned in original condition with no damage, the deposit will be refunded within [5–10 business days].
  • In the event of damage, we will deduct repair or replacement costs from the deposit. If damages exceed the deposit, the renter will be invoiced for the balance.

Add-ons and Delivery

  • Add-ons such as neon signs or props are available at an extra cost and must be selected at checkout.
  • Delivery and pickup are available for an additional fee based on your location. This fee is non-refundable.
