While our product is a rental, we ensure each wall is meticulously cleaned, inspected, and maintained between uses. Any
reported damages or dissatisfaction must be shared within 24 hours of setup.
If a product arrives damaged or does not meet expectations:
• We will repair or replace it on-site when possible
• If replacement is not feasible, we will offer a partial refund or discount at our discretion
